1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 339 bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered at 339-bat.com, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots library, payment processing, and any promotional or bonus features. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the 339 bat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 339 bat platform and contact support at [email protected] to close your account. Continued access to the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made from time to time in accordance with Section 1.3 below.

1.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 339 bat operates as an online entertainment platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players located in Bangladesh access the platform on the understanding that they are doing so voluntarily and at their own legal risk.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are published in English. English is the controlling language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising from a translation or summary of these Terms in any other language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

1.3 Amendments to Terms

339 bat reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, bonus structures, withdrawal conditions, or account closure procedures — registered players will be notified via the platform's internal notification system or by email to the address registered on account. Amendments take effect on the date published unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 339 bat platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. 339 bat operates a strict 18+ policy. Use of the platform by persons under the age of 18 is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence in certain jurisdictions.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a business, corporate entity, or third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 339 bat, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person, without prior written consent from 339 bat management.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from 339 bat or placed under a permanent account closure order.

2.1 Verification of Eligibility

339 bat reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, at first deposit, at first withdrawal, and at any point during account operation where the Platform has reasonable grounds to verify player identity. Accepted documents for Bangladesh-resident players include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary proof of identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 339 bat services — including placing wagers, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account on the platform. Account registration is free of charge and requires the following information:

• Date of birth (must confirm age 18 or above)

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 339 bat platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through a shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where 339 bat identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances consolidated or forfeited in accordance with the Platform's investigation findings. Players who believe they may have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact support immediately.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 339 bat will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that your account can be secured without delay.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

339 bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as a standard part of account management. Full KYC verification is required before a player's first withdrawal request is processed. KYC documentation requirements for Bangladesh-resident players include proof of identity (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile network statement dated within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account matching the player's registered name). The KYC review process typically takes between 24 and 72 hours once all documentation has been submitted in full.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 339 bat platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 339 bat does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their published tariffs.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider and any responsible gaming deposit limits you have applied to your account
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 339 bat account balance instantly under normal operating conditions

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳500,000 per day; ৳2,000,000 per calendar month (subject to review for high-volume accounts)
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 30 minutes during the 09:00–23:00 BST operating window. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window
• KYC requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification checks at the Platform's discretion
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures

4.3 Refused or Delayed Transactions

339 bat reserves the right to delay or refuse a deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required. In such cases, the Platform will contact the player via their registered email address or through the in-platform support channel. Players are encouraged to respond promptly to any verification request to avoid extended delays.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

339 bat offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to major cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds — including matched deposit bonuses and free bet credits — are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the offer's individual terms. Players should not accept a bonus offer unless they have read and understood the full wagering conditions. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the offer; any unconverted bonus balance remaining at expiry will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

339 bat uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and are a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether they result in a financial gain for the player:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once
• Coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements through matched or hedged bets
• Using a bonus on excluded game categories or markets not qualifying toward wagering contribution
• Exploiting a technical error, odds discrepancy, or promotional miscommunication to secure an unintended advantage

Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 339 bat reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently close it. Players found to have conducted coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts may have all associated accounts closed and any net withdrawals investigated.

5.3 Seasonal & Event Promotions

Promotions tied to specific events — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh — are available for limited periods only. All such promotions carry their own individual terms including eligible markets, minimum odds, and maximum bonus amounts. These promotions are offered at 339 bat's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice where operational or legal circumstances require.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a wager or participating in any game on the 339 bat platform, you acknowledge that you understand the relevant rules applicable to that product. The following general betting rules apply across all sportsbook markets on the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 339 bat. The Platform reserves the right to decline any wager, impose bet limits on any account, or restrict access to certain markets without providing a reason. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Where a bet is placed at an incorrectly displayed price due to a system error, 339 bat reserves the right to void the bet or re-settle it at the correct market price, and to notify the player accordingly.

6.2 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation; abandonment of a sporting fixture; the event not reaching the required completion threshold for settlement; confirmed match-fixing or corrupt conduct by participants in the relevant event; or a manifest error in the odds or market set-up. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake amount.

6.3 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play markets are offered in real time during live sporting events. Odds and market availability are subject to rapid change during live events. Bets accepted on live markets are binding at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement, not at any earlier or later market price. 339 bat does not accept responsibility for connectivity issues on the player's side that may affect the timing of live bet submissions.

6.4 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games — including live dealer tables operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and RNG slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — operate under the individual rules of each game as defined by the game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the Platform's display and the game provider's recorded outcome, the game provider's server result is the authoritative record for settlement purposes.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 339 bat platform, you agree to use the services in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering a false identity or providing knowingly inaccurate information at any stage of account operation
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds deposited to the platform
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 339 bat staff or other platform users via any communication channel
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of wagering
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your geographic location or bypass platform access controls

8. Account Suspension & Closure

339 bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the scenarios listed in Section 7 above, confirmed age verification failure, unresolved KYC documentation requests, and court orders or regulatory directions requiring account action.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 339 bat support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Where a player requests account closure for responsible gaming reasons — such as self-exclusion — the closure is processed immediately and the account is locked against re-registration for the period requested (minimum 7 days; maximum permanent). Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following completion of outstanding KYC checks.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is available to any registered player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic. 8.3 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by 339 bat as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, the balance held in the account will be reviewed in the context of the breach. Balances arising from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or duplicate account operation will be forfeited. Where a player has a legitimate real-money balance and the account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of relevant verification checks.
